Cement & Mining & Paper production
The heavy-duty fans used are usually built to perform two main and basic jobs: to supply a gust of air, or to remove any exhaust, toxic gases, or material in the air.
Hence, the fans needed in the cement and asphalt industry are usually of the cooling, combustion, heating, ventilation, or exhaust types.
Mine Air Control (MAC) system :
They provide fresh, cool air for miners and dilute toxic fumes from blasting and exhaust fumes from diesel equipment.
In deep mines, ventilation is also required to cool the underground work area.
Products
Pumps
DY/DYP/DYJ multistage centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured by API610 Standard (version 8) after we fully understood the introduced advanced technologies. The pumps are mainly used to convey petroleum, chemicals, chemistry and boiler water, with conveyance medium temperature range T=-45~+200.
Blowers
GM series blower is a product we manufacture by introducing technologies from Kawasaki Heavy Industries Group (KHI). It is designed and calculated with our advanced optimized aerodynamic design program, applying a modular impeller meridian plane cutting technique and using efficient semi-closed and mixed-flow type 3D impellers. It is designed and manufactured on the basis of key innovative technologies including stability design software for rotor vibration with the finite element method, finite element analysis of impeller intensity, vibration design software, etc. maintain and use.
Compressors
The SV series centrifugal compressor is a patented product (patent No. CN200620168645.7) independently developed by our company, mainly applied in the industry unit concerning ethylene, fertilizer, coal gasification, etc. in the petrochemical industry; as a compressor at the circulation segment, it has a higher pressure level (typically over 1.5Mpa); however, it has a smaller compression ratio. In most cases, it can be realized with a single-stage compressor.
Ventilators
So far, ASN/AST series blade-adjustable propeller fans have standard wheel hubs of 14 different dimensions available, from which every wheel hub is applicable for blades of 17～21 different height. Therefore, it is possible to design about 300 different specifications for blower products. So, all these products will match performance requirements for air blowers, primary air fans and induced draft fans used for 50MW～1000MW thermal power generation units.
